1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XPTopup website and services operated by JoyTopup Limited("we", "us", "our"), RM 102, 1/F, THE CLOUD, 111 TUNG CHAU STREET, TAI KOK TSUI, Hong Kong. By using our site you agree to these Terms.

2. Pre-launch notice

XPTopup is not yet live. The website is currently informational, and any references to ordering, delivery or pricing describe the service we intend to offer at launch.

3. Our service

XPTopup provides third-party top-ups, in-game currencies and digital gift cards sourced through official and authorised channels. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless explicitly stated. All game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Eligibility & accurate information

• You must be of legal age to make purchases in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for providing the correct player ID, server and region. Top-ups delivered to the details you supply cannot be reversed.
• You agree not to use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

5. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may cancel and refund any order affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues.

6. Delivery

Delivery is automated and typically completes within seconds. Some orders may require additional verification, which can introduce a short delay.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not resell or exploit the service in breach of any publisher's terms.
• Do not use stolen payment methods or engage in chargeback abuse.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyTopup Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for account actions taken by game publishers that are outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
